Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway

“Country Shield Challenge”

The giveaway is organized by Amas Don.

By participating in this giveaway, each participant accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Amas Don (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Instagram is not a sponsor, organizer, administrator, or partner of this giveaway.

3. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway starts from the moment it is published on the Organizer’s official Instagram profile and ends on:

- 19.07.2026.
- 19:00 UTC

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older, except employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members.

By participating, each participant confirms that:

• they have the right to use the Instagram account used for participation,
• they will provide accurate information if required for prize delivery,
• they comply with Instagram rules and applicable laws in their country.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify:

• fake accounts,
• bot accounts,
• spam comments,
• manipulated engagement,
• multiple abusive entries.

5. How to Participate

To participate, users must:

1. Like the giveaway post
2. Comment their country flag
3. Share the post to their Instagram Story or with friends

Participants must use a public or visible Instagram profile so the Organizer can verify participation requirements.

6. Winning Country Selection

The winning country will be determined based on the total engagement associated with that country, including:

• number of likes,
• number of comments,
• number of shares/story reposts.

The Organizer uses internal analytics methods and Instagram data to determine the final results.

If there is suspicion of manipulation or fraudulent activity, the Organizer reserves the right to:

• remove invalid interactions,
• disqualify specific accounts or countries,
• invalidate part of the results.

The Organizer’s decision is final.

7. Winner Selection

After the competition ends, 3 winners will be randomly selected from the country with the highest total engagement.

Prizes:

- 1st Place — $500 USD
- 2nd Place — $300 USD
- 3rd Place — $200 USD

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message or public announcement.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Prize Payment

Prizes may be paid via:

• PayPal,
• bank transfer,
• or another agreed payment method.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal obligations required by their country.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• use of bots,
• purchased likes or comments,
• fake accounts,
• automated engagement,
• any attempt to manipulate results.

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• verify participant authenticity,
• remove entries without prior notice,
• cancel or modify the giveaway in case of security, technical, or operational issues.

10. Privacy and Data

Participants agree that the Organizer may use:

• Instagram username,
• country,
• publicly available participation information

solely for purposes related to administering the giveaway and announcing winners.

Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Instagram technical issues,
• internet interruptions,
• lost or invisible entries,
• payment issues caused by incorrect participant information.

12. Changes to the Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules at any time if required for legal, technical, or security reasons.

Any updates will be published through the Organizer’s official channels.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Participants provide their information to the Organizer, not to Instagram.

15. Minimum Number of Participants

For the giveaway to be considered valid, a minimum of 1,000 valid participants is required.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached before the giveaway ends, the Organizer reserves the right to:

• extend the giveaway duration,
• modify the prize pool,
• or cancel the giveaway without the obligation to award prizes.

In the event of cancellation, participants are not entitled to any compensation from the Organizer.
